金額和數(shù)量上短裝是不允許的。

　　5. Goods to be forwarded in two approximate value shipment.

　　貨須分兩批裝運，每批所裝貨物的價值大致相等。

　　6. We certify that the goods have been supplied in conformity with order no.888.

　　茲證明本發(fā)票所列貨物與第888號合同相符。

　　7. All documents made out in english must be sent to our bank in one lot.

　　用英文繕制的所有單據(jù)須一次寄交我行。

　　8. Documents must to sent by consecutive airmails.

　　單據(jù)須分別由連續(xù)航次郵寄。

　　9. The amount and date of negotiation of each draft must be endorsed on reverse 

　　hereof by the negotiation bank.

　　每份匯票的議付金額和日期必須由議付行在本證背面簽注。

　　10. This letter of credit is transferable in china only, in the event of a transfer,

　　a letter from the first beneficiary must accompany the document for negotiation.

　　本信用證僅在中國可轉讓，如確需轉讓，第一受益人發(fā)出的書面證明須連同單據(jù)一起議付。
